This presentation offers an overview of three Virginia Peninsula Chamber programs designed to inform, develop, and connect community leaders across the Peninsula and Hampton Roads. Attendees will learn about LEAD Peninsula, a civic and community immersion program; LEAD Higher, an advanced leadership development program in partnership with Christopher Newport University; and the LEAD Alumni Network, which connects graduates through ongoing engagement and service. The talk will highlight how each program supports personal growth, civic awareness, and long-term community impact, as well as ways to get involved.
