Willow Wood Equine Sanctuary is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit located on Armistead Road in Hampton, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating horses at risk of slaughter. In addition to caring for these animals, we are restoring the historic barn on our property—a project made possible entirely through donations and volunteer support. We’ve recently opened a small store and plan to add an education center to further engage the community. Monthly fundraisers held on-site offer the public a chance to meet the horses, learn about our mission, and get involved. We warmly invite each and every one of you to visit and experience the sanctuary firsthand.

About the Presenter: Crystal Woody- Secretary of the Board and head of fundraising. I have been with Willow Woods for 3 years and have helped raise funds to continue to support the horses. I am also a local Hampton resident and work full time as a Paralegal.
