The One-Minute Jerk at Work

As a Human Resources and Employee Relations professional, Rich Salon has received thousands of allegations of inappropriate behavior, referred to as “jerk behavior.” In his quest to help everyone find the career fulfillment they want, he inspires people to stop tolerating jerk behavior, plus recommending corporations install jerk-prevention strategies and techniques. A person can ruin someone’s day in sixty seconds or less, but you should not let them.
